Refund policy
Somalab International LLC will only accept returns on items purchased at Somalab.us. The product must be unused and unopened.
Products must be returned within 7 days of order receipt.
1. Send us an email at info@somalab.cus with the following information:
-Name on order
-Order number
-Reason for return, and photos of the product issue
After we verify your information, and ensure the return can be processed, we will respond with our return shipping address.
Note: Returns will not be accepted for customers who mistakenly order our CBD products, thinking they contain higher amounts of THC.
2. Once you have shipped the product back to us, please email the tracking number. Make sure to include a copy of the order receipt or packing slip in your return package.
3. When we receive the package and verify that the product is intact/unopened we will issue a refund to your original method of payment (credit or debit card). Refunds may take 7-10 business days to credit to your account.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Note: Somalab International LLC cannot be held liable for packages once they are marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping carrier. If your package has been marked delivered but you cannot locate it, please reach out to the shipping carrier (UPS or USPS) for assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the seal still intact in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, or refrigerated products), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
